John Stebbins, CEO.

Mr. Stebbins has 20 years experience with Constructability Modeling (CM) and is a leading force in promoting CM in Southern California. Formerly a general constructor, Mr. Stebbins has a working knowledge of building technology and construction and has taught many construction related classes. As a digital arts educator, he has taught computer graphics, multimedia and 3D visualization courses and was a founding member of Digital Arts Program at University of California, Irvine Extension. John is the Co-Founder of 3D VirTec, Inc. and its sister company Digital Vision Automation, Inc.

ArchiCAD is one of our software choices. Mr. Stebbins has been a Southern California reseller of ArchiCAD software since 1988. Mr. Stebbins is leading the company, accounting and business relations from the US office.

Sezen Beserler, CTO.

Mr. Beserler is a CTO and Co-Founder of 3D VirTec, Inc., is an Interior Architect with a BS Degree in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Bilkent University in Turkey. To supplement his BS Degree and to study the latest in technology, Mr. Beserler completed four extensive and relevant postgraduate courses in AutoCAD from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey, and in Web Design, Interactive Multimedia, CAD Specialized Study from the University of California, Irvine. He is a licensed Interior Architect in Turkey, and has designed several buildings there. In his previous job as a CAD Manager and Multimedia Director, Mr. Beserler was instrumental in transforming 17 year old Vermillion & Associates from a highly respected, traditional architectural rendering company, to a high end architectural multimedia firm.

Sezen Beserler has 12 years experience in this business field. He is our technology expert and is the Director of Production.
